My mission is to keep the “customer” number one and produce a high quality product.  Each cake I create is unique and made for someone special.

 
I started my business with years of experience in the restaurant, catering and bakery industry.  With a separate kitchen in my home, I create cakes, cookies, favors and pastries from scratch. Using the highest quality products available and baking “to order” allows me to produce goodies that are fresh, but most of all made “Especially for You”!

I acquired my passion for baking from my Grandmother.  She taught me to bake at age ten.  I created my first tiered cake when I was fifteen, for my best friends parents twenty fifth wedding anniversary.  At age sixteen, I started working in restaurants and have continued working in the field for thirty years.

Having my own business, baking cakes that make people smile and create special memories is the most fulfilling thing I have ever done.
